  • Management Tools Deep-Dive: Based on the book Liberating the Overworked Manager, the management tools class dives deep into the implementation and usage of the time management tool, internal-external strategic action plan, priority action plan, delegation matrix, and competency grid. Participants will leave with a practical understanding of the intent and usage of each tool.
  • Dependency Mapping, Modeling, and Reduction Workshop: Easily attributable to being one of the most frequent causes of sluggish product delivery, dependencies contribute large costs by introducing wait times and inefficiency. This is both a course and a workshop. After understanding the specifics of dependencies, you will work to map some of your organization's dependencies and create action plans and experiments to reduce them.
